All citations and other unpaid fees due to UW Transportation Services must be paid prior to applying for or accepting an annual permit assignment.
Select Annual Baselot Permit if you work during the day on weekdays. You should select baselot even if you work rotating shifts of days and evenings. If you are a part-time employee that works during the day, you must obtain a baselot permit. To read more, click here.
Flex parking provides an incentive for employees to drive less. You meet the "alternative means of transportation" criteria and should apply for Flex parking if both of the following are true:
- Be committed to reducing the amount of single occupant vehicle trips to campus by using alternative modes of transportation, such as biking, walking, busing, carpooling, vanpooling, and telecommuting

Carpools are an important alternative to single-occupancy vehicles on campus and reduce the demand for on-campus parking. Carpools consist of two or more employees driving to campus together in one vehicle on a daily basis with one designated carpool permit owner. To read more, click here.
Disabled permits are issued only with proof of a valid state disabled permit. Permitholders are required to park in appropriate stalls on campus in the following order:
1. UW Disabled Stalls
2. State DIS Stalls
3. Permit Stalls

Off-campus Park & Ride permits provide a low-cost parking option for employees to park off campus and use alternative forms of transportation to campus. There
is currently one Park & Ride location:

Allows for Baselot permitholders to have access to one alternate location/lot to conduct business on campus using their personal vehicle. The employee must work at multiple locations on a regular basis and provide justification for the Business Alternate when apply for this type of permit. To read more, click here.
The annual parking year begins September 1 and runs through August 31.
