Do not attempt to control a spill or accident unless you are trained and equipped.
Fire or personal injury: Contact the Emergency Center at [XXX]. Also notify Environmental Health and Safety main office at [XXX-XXXX]. Call from a safe place. Assist injured person if you can do so safely.
Medical emergency: Protect yourself if there is a spill. Call Emergency Center at [XXX]. Provide assistance if you can do so safely.
Spill control: Supplies located at [location].
Spill to sewer: Notify XXXX Sewer District at [XXX-XXXX], if needed. Also notify Environmental Health and Safety main office. If in doubt, notify.
Power outage or ventilation alarm: Close down work in progress if you can do so safely. Leave facility immediately. Notify Physical Plant at [XXX-XXXX]. Also notify Environmental Health and Safety main office.
Evidence of break-in: Contact police at [XXX-XXXX].
Bomb threat, break-in, violence in progress: Go to a safe place. Contact Emergency Center at [XXX].
Tornado warning: Close down work in progress. [Shelter in place or go to [location].
